Özgür Ceylan (Senior Associate) is an attorney who provides comprehensive legal support to both domestic and foreign clients across diverse areas, including employment law, commercial law, data protection, consumer regulations and competition law. He guides clients through the full lifecycle of employment relationships, offering tailored legal solutions that align with their specific business needs. As part of his role as a legal advisor, Özgür combines legal expertise with a client-centric approach to help clients understand and navigate the obligations and restrictions under Turkish law. Drawing from his experience as an in-house lawyer for Samsung Türkiye, Özgür has a deep understanding of consumer complaints management and also ensures strict adherence to Turkish advertising laws. Additionally, he has advised on the sale and transfer of the non-performing loan portfolios of a variety of banks.

In addition to Turkish, he is fluent in English and speaks conversational German.
