Darius Alam (Counsel) is an experienced corporate and transactional lawyer specialising in capital markets, venture capital, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, and has advised investors, banks, and both public and private companies. He has represented parties as sellers, buyers, investors, and investees in complex, multi-million and multi-billion-dollar transactions. He has provided counsel to clients operating in a variety of industries, including the technology, life sciences, digital assets, financial services, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, and energy sectors. Prior to joining AECO, he practiced for nine years at various international law firms in New York City.
