Behiye Gökceli (Senior Associate) is an attorney specialising in corporate and commercial law. Behiye represents various clients in M&A transactions, including corporate reorganisations and investment projects. She guides her clients through all phases of transactions, from initial due diligence to final closing. In addition to her transactional work, Behiye provides comprehensive corporate legal advice to national and multinational clients, addressing various day-to-day commercial matters and contracts.
