Arda Cem Karabulut (Associate) specialises in corporate law, employment law, banking and finance law and real estate law. He assists the team in providing corporate legal advice to national and multinational clients in a variety of commercial and employment disputes. In particular, he has assisted the team in the field of employment law, including the contract termination process, mediation negotiations, litigation processes and the collective bargaining process.

In addition to Turkish, he is fluent in English and French.
