Arda Cem Karabulut (Associate) specialises in corporate law, employment law and commercial law. He regularly advises national and multinational clients on legal and regulatory issues arising in the course of their business operations, providing ongoing support in relation to corporate governance, employment law and commercial matters. Drawing from his experience as an in-house lawyer for Migros Ticaret A.Ş., Arda has an experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.

In addition to Turkish, he is fluent in English and French.
