Ceyda Aydın (Partner) is an experienced Banking & Finance lawyer advising on domestic and cross-border financing matters for Turkish and international banks, other financial institutions, non-bank lenders (including AIFs) and corporate borrowers.

Her practice covers a wide range of financing transactions, including unsecured interbank lending, corporate and working capital facilities, project finance, acquisition finance, commercial real estate finance, syndicated and bilateral lending, as well as ECA-backed finance, structured finance and Islamic finance.

Prior to joining AECO as Partner in 2026, Ceyda spent nearly 13 years in the Banking & Finance practice of Dentons’ Istanbul office, most recently as Counsel.

Ceyda has been recognised by The Legal 500 across multiple editions, including as a Leading Associate in Banking & Finance and Capital Markets (2025).

She is fluent in Turkish and English.
