Ilgın Türüthan (Trainee Associate) specialises in corporate law, commercial law, merger and acquisitions and data protection. She assists the team by providing legal support on compliance and corporate law matters, drafting and reviewing corporate documents, and conducting legal research on regulatory requirements. She is involved in various stages of M&A transactions, including due diligence processes and the preparation of transaction-related documentation.

In addition to Turkish, she is fluent in English and French.
